This session will provide attendees with an overview of the current rural health policy environment. From practice, to policy, attendees will learn about current trends, legislation and regulations impacting the delivery of rural health care. Rural communities have unique health care needs, and this session looks at the future of rural healthcare for our nation.
Mr. Morgan served as a contributing author for the publications “The Handbook of Rural Aging,” “Rural Populations and Health,” and for the publication “Policy & Politics in Nursing and Health Care.” In addition, his health policy articles have been published in: The American Journal of Clinical Medicine, The Journal of Rural Health, The Journal of Cardiovascular Management and in Laboratory Medicine.
